Agreement
By using CuriousCirkits, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Ujjal Bhattacharjee. If you do not agree, do not use the website or connector.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your ChatGPT account and for activity authorized through it. Do not attempt to access another person’s tracker or bypass authentication or tenant controls.
Permitted use
Use CuriousCirkits for lawful personal planning, tracking, and decision support. Do not disrupt the service, submit malicious content, automate abusive traffic, probe other users’ data, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
The Workout module provides general informational fitness assistance and record keeping. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
Your data
You retain responsibility for information you submit. You authorize CuriousCirkits and its service providers to process it as described in the Privacy Policy to operate the service and perform your requested actions.
Deletion and termination
You may delete supported records through confirmed self-service operations or by emailing ujjal.b@gmail.com. We may suspend or discontinue access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or discontinue the service.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, particular fitness results, or preservation of data. Keep independent records of information you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ujjal Bhattacharjee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for fitness decisions made from the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
