Install CuriousCirkits in ChatGPT

Connect CuriousCirkits, verify it safely, and install the current user skills.

The ChatGPT button includes the guide URL and copies the setup request as a fallback. If the prompt does not appear automatically, paste it into the new chat.

USER SKILLS

Download the current published package

Admin creates the User Skills package when a release is published. The public download requires no Developer Portal login.

    Use ChatGPT on the web

    Sign in to the same ChatGPT account and workspace where you want to use CuriousCirkits. Developer-mode apps are configured on the web.

    Enable Developer mode

    Open Settings → Security and login, then turn on Developer mode. Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace policy.

    Create the CuriousCirkits app

    Open Settings → Plugins, select the plus button, and create a developer-mode app with the recommended endpoint below.

    Authorize your account

    Complete the CuriousCirkits sign-in and approve only the product permissions you need. Never paste access tokens, secrets, or credentials into a chat.

    Start a new conversation

    Choose Developer mode from the plus menu and select the CuriousCirkits app for the conversation.

    Verify with a safe read

    Send the prompt below. An empty result is okay—the successful read confirms that ChatGPT can reach your CuriousCirkits workspace without changing anything.

    Use CuriousCirkits to list my goals. Read only—do not create or update anything.

    Download the user skills

    Download the current User Skills package, then unzip it on your device. It contains the individually uploadable ZIP files published by Admin.

    Upload the individual skills

    Open ChatGPT Settings → Skills. Upload the ZIP files from the bundle’s individual-zips folder. These are tenant-facing CuriousCirkits skills; no Admin skill is included.

    Verify a skill

    Start a new conversation with CuriousCirkits selected and send the prompt below. ChatGPT should use the goal workflow and keep the request read-only.

COMMON ISSUES

Troubleshooting

Developer mode is missing

Confirm that you are on ChatGPT web, using an eligible plan, and that your workspace administrator allows Developer mode.

The plus button is missing

Turn on Developer mode first, then reload the Plugins page. The plus button creates developer-mode apps only after Developer mode is enabled.

CuriousCirkits is not in the chat

Start a new conversation, choose Developer mode from the plus menu, and explicitly select CuriousCirkits for that conversation.

Tools look out of date

Open the CuriousCirkits app details in ChatGPT settings and refresh the app to pull the latest tools, descriptions, and server instructions.

Authorization failed

Retry the connection from the CuriousCirkits app details. Confirm that pop-ups are allowed and that you sign in to the intended CuriousCirkits workspace.

The skills download is unavailable

Retry the stable download at https://admin.curiouscirkits.com/api/public/skills/download. If it is still unavailable, report the problem and keep your currently installed skills.

A skill ZIP will not upload

Confirm that you unzipped the main download and selected one ZIP from the individual-zips folder. Do not upload the complete bundle as a single skill.

Published user skillsThe download always provides the current tenant-facing User Skills package published by Admin.
